Our limit is 100 guests. Every event is different and depends upon your needs. We can provide tables and chairs, a 20 by 40 foot tent, a bar and other resources. There are local facilities that you can book. Let us know your needs first and we can discuss before you make a deposit.  If you make a deposit and things don’t work out before we agree, then the deposit will be returned.  The deposit is only to secure the day, 

To book days, do the following:  fill in the contact data on this page.  Then choose a day for your event by clicking on the calendar.  The available days are not greyed out, but if you want a mid-week event, we can provide that if it is available.  So secure your day, normally from noon to midnight, but we are flexible. click on the calendar and then make a $500 deposit.  We will contact you to discuss your needs.  If we cannot fulfill them, we will give you a complete refund.  Normally we expect to settle a booking within a few days.
